Where I Started and Why I love what I do

When my journey in fitness began over twenty years ago it was driven by not measuring up. Even as a top-tier personal trainer at a luxury fitness club in NYC I was a self-imprisoned participant in the weight loss and regain cycle. As much as I loved fitness it always made me feel like I was never going to be enough and I would always be in some sense "broken" and needing fixing.

By the grace of God, He led me to the proper coaching/re-education and personal development, which helped set me free from this mentality and on a new path to help others in this way.

In 2020 my mission changed when I became a mom. Now I am redefining what fitness means to me and why it's important for my family. I believe your fitness and health impact every area of your life, including your purpose and your legacy.

I do this through both online coaching and virtual personal training so clients can create healthy habits in the ease of their own home.

Other fun facts: I am a pitbull mom, an avid reader, a hiker, a modern dancer/choreographer, a former powerlifter and figure athlete. I love to witness life change, I am passionate about constant self-growth and building up others. I'm a people-person (not a stuff-person), and never again will I eliminate any food group from my diet ;)
